The Specialist^® Pre-Cut Fast Setting Plaster Splints manufactured by BSN Medical are available in Fast formula with a set time of 5 - 8 minutes and Extra Fast with a set time of 2 - 4 minutes. The Pre-Cut Splints feature a high dry/wet plaster retention within the gauze which ensure minimal plaster waste and maximum strength. The Splint Material features low exotherm which releases less heat than traditional plaster to reduce the risk of patient burns. The Latex Free Specialist^® Splints are packaged in a convenient moisture-proof dispenser pack.
