Description

The electric laser TIRF lighting unit can adjust laser incidence angle, shutter control and switch to wide-field fluorescence excitation through the control panel or NIS-Elements software. Simply press the control panel button to store the laser angle of incidence. The stored laser incident angle can be easily reproduced. This allows alternate time-lapse recording between fluorescence and multi-wavelength TIRF images. Used in Nikon Ti-E or Ti-U microscopes.
