ROT-X-TRACT®-LC is designed to accommodate up to eight Corning Accelerated One-Step Extractors. Corning Accelerated One-Step Extractor combines continuous liquid-liquid extraction and concentration processes into one step. The hydrophobic membrane continuously circulates the organic solvent through the 1 liter sample bottle until the extraction is completed. By combining a plug valve assembly and a 3-ball Snyder column, Corning Accelerated One-Step Extractor allows for extraction of the required analytes and evaporation of the solvent from the by-products in the same cycle.
