Commercially available antibodies are mostly stored in buffers containing antibody stabilizers, such as bovine serum albumin and gelatin, or other amine-containing buffers, such as triazines, which may interfere with downstream applications of the antibody. These proteins and buffers can interfere with labeling and conjugation processes, including biotinylation, fluorochrome labeling, covalent antibody immobilization, and other applications.

The Pearl™ Antibody Clean Up Kit is designed for rapid cleanup of antibody solutions to ensure antibodies are optimally buffered and free from interfering agents. Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin binds high-abundance, non-IgG proteins (i.e. bovine serum albumin and gelatin) and allows IgG molecules to pass through physiological buffers.

Pearl™ Antibody Clean Up Kit was used to clean up samples containing 0.5% BSA and gelatin. For samples containing 0.5% bovine serum albumin or gelatin, increase the amount of pearl IgG purification resin i proportionally.

This kit has two specifications: 10 × ≤ 100 μl antibody and 10 × ≤ 1ml antibody.

Size: 10 x 1ml antibody samples

Removes BSA and gelatin protein stabilizers
Remove interfering amine buffers such as tris
Include quick options and reagents to wash with BSA and gelatin only if the solution is in PBS buffer.
Antibodies washed with this kit are suitable for labeling and conjugation
There are two washing sizes of 10 × ≤ 100 μl antibody or 10 × ≤ 1ml antibody
