Melt-blown Fabric Testing

Melt-blown fabric is a type of material commonly used to produce masks of high quality. The structure of melt-blown fabric voids, making it relatively fluffy and wrinkle-resistant. Melt-blown fabric have good filtering, shielding, thermal insulation and oil absorption properties, which is result from unique capillary structure increasing the number and surface area of fibers per unit area. The application of it includes air and liquid filtering material, isolation material, absorbent material, masking material, heat insulation material, oil absorbent material, and wiping cloth.

STEMart provides comprehensive melt-blown fabric testing services to provide inspection reports that meet relevant regulations and international standards, thus proving the quality and safety of melt-blown fabric products.

  • Medical protection supplies: masks, surgical gowns, isolation gowns, clean clothes, sterilized wraps, diapers, sanitary napkins, etc.
  • Purification supplies: purifier cartridge, water purifier cartridge.
  • Others: Melt-blown fabrics are used for home decoration, battery diaphragms, masks, garments, industry, agriculture, elastic melt-blown fabric, filters, warmth preservation, and wiping.
