The Recombinant Human MSLN/Mesothelin (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for targeting MSLN-expressing cells in cell therapy.
Mesothelin, also known as CAK1 and ERC, derives from a 70 kDa precursor that includes Megakaryocyte Potentiating Factor (MPF). It is expressed on mesothelial cells and upregulated in mesotheliomas and various carcinomas and adenomas. Mesothelin promotes tumor cell functions like proliferation, migration, anchorage-independent growth, and overall tumor progression.

Molecular Weight: Approximately 59.0 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-78 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Activity: 1.ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CA125, His Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human MSLN, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.8 μg/mL determined by ELISA.
2.ELISA Data: Immobilized Human MSLN at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-MSLN Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 29.2 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

2-7 days, 2 to 8 ℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
