The Recombinant Mouse BCMA/TNFRSF17 (hFc Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for studying BCMA-mediated signaling in B-cell development and its relevance to cell therapy.
BCMA (B cell maturation antigen), a member of the TNF receptor superfamily, is a type III membrane protein containing one extracellular cysteine-rich domain. BCMA shares the highest homology with TACI, binding to APRIL and BAFF. BCMA is expressed in immune organs and mature B cell lines, playing a crucial role in B cell development, function, and regulation. The mouse and human BCMA share 62% amino acid identity.

Source: Recombinant Mouse BCMA/TNFRSF17 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Met1-Thr49.
Molecular Weight: Approximately 31 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Activity: SPR Data: Human BAFF Trimer, His-Flag Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Anti-His Antibody can bind Mouse BCMA, hFc Tag with an affinity constant of 2.68 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
