Shanghai Jingqi Glass-Ceramic Standard COD Digester HCA-106, model HCA-106 is manufactured by Shanghai Jingqi Instrument Co., Ltd.
HCA-106 glass-ceramic standard COD digester (temperature-controlled type) follows the standard (ISO) and the national HJ828-2017 standard analysis method, and stipulates the determination steps of COD of water quality chemical oxygen demand. The heating and digestion time of the method, the acidity of the solution, the amount of oxidants and catalysts and other condition indicators of the method are strictly stipulated to ensure reliable and accurate analysis results.
The digestion device uses microcomputer technology to set the digestion timing, digestion temperature and heating power control, and can simultaneously heat eight 250ml Erlenmeyer flask digestion reflux devices. It can achieve the purpose of saving energy, reducing power load and improving efficiency. The digester uses a glass burr return pipe instead of a spherical return pipe, and uses air-cooling technology to replace tap water cooling, and uses still water to assist cooling at the end of the condensation pipe, which can save water and standardize the instrument, and at the same time improve the safety of the instrument.
The chemical solution preparation, operation and COD calculation of the digester fully comply with the HJ828-2017 national standard. For COD water samples lower than 50mg/L, the accuracy can be improved by diluting the titrant and oxidant, and for COD water samples higher than 700mg/L, the measurement can be completed by proportional dilution of the water samples.

The solution in the digestion bottle has boiled due to the temperature difference in the use environment and seasons, but the temperature in the heating plate is still accumulating and rising. Cause the solution in the digestion flask to overboil (not simmer). The instrument can reasonably set the heating temperature of the heating plate by the user according to the working environment temperature, and keep it constant at the set temperature, while displaying the current temperature in the heating plate. Effectively avoid cascade boiling and overboiling caused by excessively high temperature accumulation on the heating plate, and ensure the accuracy of the measurement results.
