Description

The large-capacity centrifugal concentrator provided by WIGGENS is widely used in protein extraction research, molecular structure research and DNA or RNA extraction.
The required basic substances are extracted or concentrated DNA or RNA, amino acids, hormones, enzymes, proteins and other samples by heating in a short time using a vacuum system and infrared irradiation of the machine cover.

Features

New infrared glass heating cover (l0-0616063)
By using infrared heating and keeping the chamber vacuum, the sample will be effectively concentrated in a short time.

Heat Sensitive Sample Design
It is suitable for the concentration of heat-sensitive samples such as protein, DNA and other samples. Due to radiation heating, only the liquid surface part is heated and the sample will not be heated for a long time.

Two temperature sensors
There are two temperature sensors in the cavity, which are respectively located in the cavity and the bucket, which can ensure effective heating and fast evaporation

Rotor balance automatic detection
Sample imbalances during centrifugation due to concentration or handling of different batches can be automatically detected. This function is to ensure the safety of the experimental environment.

Preheating mode
Experiment time can be shortened by presetting the temperature to be used.

No cross-contamination, no sample loss
Because the vacuum port is designed at the top of the shaft, contamination and sample loss can be minimized.

Compact structure, mobile design
The built-in chemical diaphragm pump design saves laboratory space, and the equipment can be easily moved to other areas for storage after the experiment is over.

1. The vacuum outlet is located in the center of the rotor to ensure that the sample cross-contamination rate is reduced to a very low level
2. Cold trap: -20°C cold trap and 2L collection container
3. Glass cover, with infrared heating function, the infrared heating source on the cover directly heats the sample through infrared rays, speeding up
4. Evaporation rate: the anti-corrosion diaphragm vacuum pump is embedded in the equipment, and the vacuum degree is 2~4mbar
