The 200A RF-5000S Tabletop Cleanrooms is manufactured by Airfiltronix. The clean room provides a HEPA filter HP-2 and a pre-filter PF-1R. The efficiency of the HEPA filter at 0.3 microns is 99.99%. Control to reduce air flow and create a dust-free working area better than Class 100 clean air for highly sensitive samples or instruments.
