The 820-MS Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS) is manufactured by Agilent Technologies and has a patented collision reaction interface (CRI) system that automatically tunes all instrument parameters by coupling, including CRI gas, to achieve faster and more flexible without interference analysis, production efficiency is greatly improved.
