The ABI 7300 Real-Time PCR System is manufactured by Applied Biosystems. The Applied Biosystems 7300 delivers four color detect and can run multiple applications including SNP genotyping, pathogen quantification, isothermal, gene expression analysis, along with plus/minus assays which use internal positive controls. The ABI 7300 is a reliable tool which combines thermal cycling with fluorescence detection that measures cycle by cycle accrual. The ABI 7300 real-time PCR does not need to purify PCR, run any gels, or implement post PCR alterations. Complete Real-Time PCR runs in less than two hours with the ABI 7300 real time using tubes, 96 well plates, 8-strip tubes. The acceptable volume range is 20-100µl which saves time when compare to manual PCR application such as RNase protection, Northern blotting.
