Ace Auto-Zero Mcleod Vacuum Gauges, model 872551 is manufactured by Ace Glass. This product has a constant zero overflow inclinometer, which can eliminate the capillary indentation error caused by meniscus expansion. Once the zero line of the scale is aligned with the tip of the closed capillary, simply place the gauge in an upright position and read the scale behind the closed leg. The gauges are made of calibrated ACE Trubore tubes to ensure consistent and reproducible readings between gauges. The female connector is equipped with a mercury trap and the bulb is enlarged. The joint has a standard taper of 20/65.
