Acrylic Vacuum Manifold is precision made from transparent acrylic (top plate) and acetal polymer (pressurized chamber). The acrylic top plate allows visual access to the plenum to check the progress of the separation process.

Designed to absorb any filter plates that comply with SBS/ANSI specifications
Also designed to use SPE boards, especially Porvair Sciences Microlute™ boards
Equipped with valve controller to ensure accurate adjustment of manifold vacuum
Use speed of on/off valve
350µl, 1ml and 2ml collection plate square well volumes can be used. Can use any board with a height not exceeding 45mm
A customized O-ring is installed on the upper surface, which can realize a gas-tight interface between the boards during operation
Removable top plate for installing liquid storage trays or collecting plates
The chamber is moderately resistant to alcohol and weak acids
