This product is made of high-purity polypropylene material (the same material as various commonly used EP tubes), the column height is 133mm, and the inner diameter of the column is 26.4mm, which has extremely low adsorption of various biomolecules. The sieve plate is made of high-purity ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHWMPE) through a special process, which has low adsorption, low bubbles and good hydrophilicity. In addition, the pore size is uniform (about 50 microns) and can be used for Packed nickel column (Ni-NTA), Protein A agarose, Protein G agarose, Protein A + G agarose and other common affinity chromatography media. It is suitable for the separation and purification of various proteins, nucleic acids and other substances suitable for affinity chromatography, such as proteins, antibodies, biotin or digoxigenin-labeled proteins or nucleic acids with different tags such as His-tag. The proper pore size of the sieve plate ensures that the flow rate is about 1-2 ml per minute or 1-2 drops per second when using the gravity method for affinity chromatography. A peristaltic pump can be connected to the lower nozzle of the chromatography column to precisely control the flow rate. The affinity chromatography medium is usually packed between two sieve plates.
