AIR-2-AS Filter Fan Unit AIR-2-AS 6P12 manufactured by Galvani is a self-contained unit specially designed for Aseptic Filling Machines.
In addition to the usual flow and pressure values, a more reliable and efficient filtration system is ensured compared to normal beverage applications.
Two absolute filters prevent leaks in one or more gaskets generating contamination inside the Filler.

AISI 304 stainless steel plate is used for the solid structure of the container box and key points are reinforced to prevent mechanical resonance of the whole.
F7 class flat disposable prefilter meets EN 779:2012 standard.
The radial electric fan with an EC motor is directly connected to aluminum rotor with reverse blades.
