The Maxwell® FSC Nucleic Acid Purification Instrument is manufactured by Promega. It is a platform that can automatically purify nucleic acids from a series of case samples. The purification method uses sample splitting and paramagnetic particles as the main separation principle. The instrument provides a preprogrammed purification method for use with DNA IQ™ Chemicals, improved magnet and plunger design, and a better rotating basket that can process up to 16 samples in about 30 minutes.
