The Allegro single-use tangential flow (SUTFF) systems manufactured by Pall Corp. control the fully automatic UF/DF process from 500-2000L batches. The systems are designed to be compact and ensure low feed/retentate volumes. The system is also flexible to run cassette surface areas from 0.5-10 m.
