Two transfer bags, 200 and 150 mL, respectively. The 200 mL transfer bag concentrates the plasma rich in primary stem cells, while the 150 mL transfer bag absorbs the supernatant plasma from the concentrated stem cells.
Freezer bags are compatible with liquid nitrogen (LN2) storage. The three-dimensional bag design ensures uniform and controllable freezing speed to achieve maximum cell viability.
The use of freezing bags with DMSO / Dextran and liquid nitrogen storage in ThermoGenesis Corporation's BioArchive system are uniquely compatible.
The two separable compartments of the freezing bag allow the contents to be dispensed in a 4: 1 ratio, thereby providing a constant volume aliquot for in vitro cell expansion.
The freezing bag meets the AABB standard. The freezing bag is stored frozen together with the product and can be tested for confirmation before blood transfusion.
The addition of the cryopreservation solution can be done by gravity feed or syringe pump.
