Coronaviruses (CoV) are membranous single-stranded plus strand RNA viruses, crustaceans, coronaviruses, family coronaviruses and genus Coronaviruses, which are the largest known RNA viruses. So far, there are seven coronavirus that can infect human beings, namely HCoV-229E and HCoV-NL63 in α group, HCoV-OC43 and HCoV-HKUl in β group A, Atypical pneumonia virus (SARS-CoV) and 2019 Novel coronavirus (2019-NCoV) in B group, Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) in Group C.
