The BioSin 96-Well Plate Nitrogen Evaporator is a high-precision temperature control instrument that combines microcomputer processing and PID control methods. Its working principle involves rapidly, continuously, and controllably blowing heated nitrogen gas onto the surface of heated samples. The heating temperature is set according to the evaporation rate and boiling point of the concentrated solvent, enabling the rapid concentration of a large number of samples.
This instrument uses aluminum plate heating combined with nitrogen gas heating, featuring a dual-layer temperature control module that ensures excellent heat transfer and uniform heating. This design facilitates rapid heating and precise temperature control. The hot nitrogen gas is directed onto the sample surface, achieving oxygen-free concentration of liquid samples. The blowing tubes are independent, preventing cross-contamination.
