How to Choose Anavo Ultra Ultrafiltration Centrifuge Tubes
Determine Sample Starting Volume: Choose based on your sample's starting volume. The Anavo Ultra-15 can handle up to 15 mL, while the Anavo Ultra-5 is suitable for up to 4 mL.
Identify Your Target Molecule's Molecular Weight (MW): Select an ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) 2-3 times smaller than your target molecule's MW.
Select Packaging Size: Available in packs of 8 or 24, choose the packaging size that fits your needs.

Product Recovery Rate: Anavo ultrafiltration tubes' retention is described by MWCO. Effective for molecules with molecular weights much higher than the MWCO. Solutes close to the MWCO may be partially retained. Use a membrane with an MWCO at least twice smaller than the solute's molecular weight for best results.
