Beckman Coulter Cytoflex LX In Pleasanton, CA, USA, model Beckman - Coulter CYTOFLEX LX, is manufactured by Beckman - Coulter biotechnology & life science.
This compact and powerful flow cytometry isolates and analyzes blood or cultured cells, bacteria, algae, micro and nano particles. It has the ability to reliably detect 80 nm polystyrene beads and has outstanding sensitivity and reproducibility with six excitation wavelengths (355 nm, 375 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 638 nm, 808 nm).
Two series are available depending on your choice of UV or near-UV: UV-Violet-blue-Yellow Green-Red-IR (U-V-B-Y-R-I) and Near UV-Violet-Blue-Yellow Green-Red-IR (N-V-B-Y-R-I)
Activate as few as four lasers or fully activate all six lasers
