Benzamidine Chromstar® 4FF series is an affinity chromatography resin designed for the separation, purification, or direct removal of trypsin, serine protease, urokinase, and kallikrein from serum, cell supernatant, and cell lysate. This resin is created by coupling p-aminobenzamidine to the agarose gel Chromstar® 4FF. The series includes two products: Benzamidine Chromstar® 4FF (HS) and Benzamidine Chromstar® 4FF (LS), distinguished by their high or low degree of ligand substitution.
