BFFU603 Fan Filter Unit manufactured by Shanghai Booguan Purification Equipment is a self-contained ceiling unit to supply purified air to unidirectional or non-unidirectional airflow cleanrooms.

In accordance with the classes of cleanroom request, efficiency ranges from 99.99%-99.9999% at 0.3 microns (H13-H14) HEPA filters to 99.999%-99.999999% at 0.1 microns (U15-U17) ULPA filters.
