Biosafety Large / Mouse Negative Pressure Isolator, model FSSAG1A-D12cage/X20cage is manufactured by Suzhou Fengshi Laboratory Equipment Co., Ltd.
It meets the relevant requirements of RB/T 199-2015 Technical Specification for Biological Safety Performance Evaluation of Laboratory Equipment. All isolators are made of stainless steel, including animal feeding area, lower movable frame, electrical box, etc. The stainless steel plate adopts SUS304 hairline plate with a thickness of 2mm, and the diagonal error of the finished product is less than+-0. 5mm. The top of the isolator feeding area is equipped with an inlet high-efficiency filter and an exhaust high-efficiency filter, with a filtration efficiency of 99. 99%. The inlet air filter and exhaust air filter are equipped with DOP detection ports. The primary filter is installed at the exhaust filter on the top of the isolator feeding area. The primary filter is a plate-type primary filter and is equipped with a sealing slot to facilitate single-hand operation and replacement. Animal lighting and experimental operation lighting are installed on the top of the isolator feeding area and can be controlled separately. The isolator is installed with a heater, which is installed at the air inlet filter end and linked with the fan. The temperature can be set according to customer needs, and the response time of the temperature sensor is less than 0. 1 seconds. The temperature error is less than± 1 ℃. Temperature regulation adopts PID regulation.
A stainless steel automatic pressure relief valve is set at the barrel to automatically protect the transfer barrel in case of overpressure.

The isolator can be operated on both sides, and the operating surface is an upward-opening door, which is convenient for cleaning after the experiment. Each door shall be made of stainless steel frame and transparent PC board, with a thickness of 12mm; Three operation gloves are installed on each operation surface. The gloves are imported nitrile rubber integrated gloves. The cuff of the gloves is directly 200mm, and the thickness of the single layer of the gloves is 0. 4mm. Relevant information about the imported gloves is also provided. The door is sealed with silica gel inflatable sealing strip to ensure the safety of the experiment process.
Four SS304 movable casters are installed on the rack, and two have brake function.
Data transmission is transparent.
When the equipment alarms, the alarm content can be sent to the parties through SMS.
