BioStation CT Live Cell Screening System, Nikon Instruments (CAT#: STEM-LE-0653-LC)

Nikon BioStation CT can perform imaging experiments without removing cells from the incubator. BioStation CT consists of a standard-size tissue culture incubator with an inverted microscope inside. It can hold 30 containers, ranging from 96-well plates to 75cm2 flasks, and can be moved between the microscope stage and the container rack by an automatic device while maintaining Accurate CO2 level, humidity and temperature. BioStation CT provides 2x to 40x phase images with apodized phase contrast (APC) optics and fluorescent images with tri-color LED illumination. The bird's-eye color macro view allows you to view the entire vessel from above. Complete security is provided: users only access samples that they have licensed. The experimental results are reliably tracked and can be remotely accessed through Internet connection or LAN.
