Blue Diamond® Gel Horseshoe Headrest Pad manufactured by David Scott Company has a keyhole cutout that makes it a favorite among anesthesiologists. Its horseshoe design allows for a variety of positions and the gel can be spread apart. This allows using of airway when the patient is placed in the prone surgical position. The skin is thermo-formed to reduce surface tension and allow for the full benefits of the gel.
