Optimal Environment for Use: For superior performance, the ideal environment is maintained at temperatures ranging from 18°C to 24°C with a relative humidity of 50% to 65%.
Storage Guidelines:
Protect the films from direct sunlight to prevent premature aging.
Maintain storage conditions between 10°C to 23°C with a relative humidity of 30% to 65%, avoiding proximity to heat sources.
Ensure a cool, dry, and dust-free storage environment as even minute dust particles can adversely affect print quality.
The storage area should be free from acidic and alkaline gases, including hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, and formaldehyde.
Store the films upright to prevent deformation and separation of the coating from the film base due to pressure.
Handle the films carefully, especially the printing surface, to avoid ink absorption issues. Avoid touching the printing surface with wet hands.
