Bright-Line™ Hemacytometer, model Z359629 is manufactured by Cambridge Instruments. This product is made of a single piece of heat and vibration resistant glass. An H-shaped partition forms two counting areas, or platforms. There is a "V" slash on the sample loading side of each platform, which can facilitate sample loading and reduce the possibility of overflow separation. There are upgraded Neubauer straight lines on each platform.
The ruled surface is located 0.1 mm below the cover glass, and the volume of blood or liquid is limited to more than 0.1 cubic mm. Every 400 square millimeters and above (within the center square millimeter) to 0.00025 cubic meters. The contact of the smooth flat cover glass surface with the cover glass holder produces an accurate fluid volume in the counting area. The difference in surface tension between the metal surface of the cavity and the polished cover glass ensures the smooth capillary phenomenon and uniform cell distribution during precise sample application.
