GVS capsules are designed to remove particles or bacteria from aqueous or solvent solutions and gas streams. These disposable filtration units are ready to use, eliminating the need to disassemble, clean and reassemble filter housings. GVS capsules are manufactured without glue or surfactants and designed with serial layer filter to increase throughput and extend life. GVS capsules feature two upstream vents to facilitate venting in any position. GVS capsules also feature food compliant (EU) Polypropylene housings. All capsules containing membrane media are preflushed with purified water to reduce extractables. All capsules pass class VI toxicology testing and are integrity tested before shipment. Capsule filters are available in sterile and non-sterile versions.
