Casting Dams For Clarit-E Fast Mini Gel Tank manufactured by Alpha Laboratories is used to perform casting directly in the tank. Perspex casting gates slot into a groove in the gel tank to form end dams for casting gels. It is recommended that a bead of agarose is pipetted along the line of the dams and allowed to set before pouring in the rest of the agarose to avoid leakage.
