The Chrom-LinX® Auto Automated Chromatography Columns are designed for downstream purification of biopharmaceuticals. Operated by automated control software and the Bio-Link Packing-LinX® column packing workstation, these columns reduce the manual operations typically required with conventional columns. Using the Bio-Link Slurry-LinX® series slurry tank, the entire process remains in a closed environment, minimizing the risk of exposure and contamination of the chromatography resin and homogenizing solution.
Carefully designed and proven to provide excellent performance with various types of resin, Chrom-LinX® Auto Automated Chromatography Columns are compatible with Bio-Link's ChromaX® chromatography resins. They perform exceptionally well with Chromstar FF and MaXtar series resins, known for their high rigidity and flow rate. The workstation software presets the packing methods for relevant resins, simplifying the packing process and improving production efficiency.
