The Chrom-LinX® Auto Automated Chromatography Columns are designed for downstream purification of biopharmaceuticals. Operated by automated control software with the Bio-Link Packing-LinX® column packing workstation, these columns minimize the manual operations required with conventional columns. Using the Bio-Link Slurry-LinX® series slurry tank, the process remains mostly in a closed environment, reducing the risk of exposure and contamination of the chromatography resin and homogenizing solution.
Carefully designed to deliver excellent performance with various resins, Chrom-LinX® Auto columns are compatible with Bio-Link's ChromaX® chromatography resins and perform exceptionally well with Chromstar FF and MaXtar series resins, known for their high rigidity and flow rate. The workstation software presets the packing methods for these resins, simplifying the packing process and improving production efficiency.
