Clear Heat Seal, Sheets, 125 x 78mm, 100 Sheets, Azenta Life Sciences (CAT#: STEM-MPS-0989-LC)

Clear Heat Seal manufactured by Azenta Life Sciences is an optically clear laminate film which can form a peelable seal to polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate and cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) plates, enabling both low temperature uses, including low temperature storage, and high temperature uses, such as PCR (when used with a pressurized heated lid). Samples can also be accessed by pre-piercing with a blade, needle.
The optical clarity of this seal makes it ideal for sealing plates used for imaging use, including fluorescent detection methods such as qPCR and colorimetric assays. This seal features moderate solvent resistance and can be utilized for short term compound storage at room temperature.
