Combination VacIon Plus Pump, VacIon Plus 300 Diode, 220V, Agilent Technologies (CAT#: STEM-LE-0645-Y)

The Combination VacIon Plus Pump is manufactured by Agilent Technologies, which integrates titanium sublimation pump technology to achieve ultra-high vacuum. The compound pump configuration is suitable for VacIon Plus 150, 300 or 500, and includes a cylindrical cryogenic plate, an additional 8-inch ConFlat flange interface installed on the outside or bottom, and a TSP sublimation source mounted to the interface to provide additional high extraction speed.

• The cryogenic plate can be installed on the bottom or side of the pump and can be flexibly configured when the height is limited
