Confocal Isolated Microvascular Tension Measurement System, model 360CW is manufactured by RWD Life Science Co.,LTD
Confocal Ex vivo Microvessel Tensimetry System – 360CW is designed for use in conjunction with an optical imaging system, bringing the optical lens into close proximity to the microvessel sample, allowing high-resolution imaging of fluorescent dyes or markers using laser confocal microscopy (LSCM). This device is used for imaging studies of simultaneous measurement of intracellular calcium ions in vascular smooth muscle during isometric contraction of isolated microvessels.

Compounds can be added directly to the bath and vascular tone can be measured directly on a specialized microscope. You can choose to install the DMT device software driver, connect the USB cable directly to the computer to output digital signals, and collect digital signals through LabChart software.
