This integrated microfluidic chip combines the sample preparation, namely the extraction of DNA, and the later amplification of the DNA through continuous-flow-PCR. Reagents can be freely supplied through the various Mini Luer interfaces. As accessories Mini Luer interfaces, Mini Luer plugs, silicone and PTFE tubes and the manual turning valve actuator are of use. The integrated chip support kit 4 can be used with the Inline Chip.
