Copure® C8/SAX SPE Cartridges provided by STE-Mart contain a mixed-mode sorbent C8/SAX which composed of silica gel bonded with octyl and quaternary ammonium groups at a specific ratio. C8/SCX has octyl groups to provide moderately hydrophobic interactions and quaternary ammonium groups to provide strong cation exchange.
