Fully automatic analysis of soluble (amorphous) fractions in polypropylene and other polyolefins.
The sample can be analyzed every 2.5 hours (including dissolution and rinsing time) without manual operation.
There is no need to accurately weigh samples or handle solvents manually.
No external filtration or solvent evaporation is required.
Additional measurements of ethylene content and intrinsic viscosity of fractions, crystalline fractions and entire samples.
Used in process/QC laboratories in production plants.
Compatible with other polyolefin materials (eg LDPE) and suitable for other solubility tests (heptane or hexane solubles).
