CT Lab GX High-Speed X-ray CT scanner, Rigaku (CAT#: STEM-LE-1097-LC)

The CT Lab GX series pursues high-speed, high-resolution, and rapid sample installation for R&D purposes and use on production sites. The field of view and resolution can be chosen at will for observation of even fine structures. The maximum number of pixels is 8000×8000. Compared with other products of the same level, high-definition 3D observation can be performed at the highest level. The maximum diameter of the measurement object is 72mm×36mm. After wide-field imaging, the fine-structured image can be reconstructed in detail by specifying the ROI area in the newly incorporated "wide-field imaging function".
