Cytation™ 1 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader is manufactured by BioTek Instruments. This product eliminates the complexity of multimode detection without affecting performance. It can be configured for optional fluorescence and high contrast bright field cell visualization up to 60 times magnification. This unique design provides quantitative phenotypic cell information and good quantitative data. The system includes fluorescence based on high sensitivity filter and monochromator system for ultraviolet visible absorption. It can provide temperature control, shaking, CO2/O2 control and reagent injector.

Wavelength Range: 200 to 700 nm.
Reading Modes: Endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning, well area scanning.
Plate Formats: 6- to 1536-well plates.
Temperature Control: 4-Zone incubation to 45 °C with Condensation Control™; Variation +0.2 °C at 37 °C.
Software: Gen5™ Microplate Reader and Imager Software, Gen5 Image+ and Image Prime software available for full image analysis, Gen5 Secure available for 21 CFR Part 11.
