Cytation™ 5 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader is manufactured by BioTek Instruments. This product combines automatic digital microscope and traditional micro plate detection on a configurable and scalable platform. Optical elements based on filters and monochromators to achieve multimodal versatility and performance. Wide field of view (FOV) cameras provide up to 60 times the fluorescence of cells. The instrument has modules for vibration, incubation to 65 °C and cooling to ensure internal environmental stability. CO2/O2 gas controller and dual reagent injector module are also provided.
