The CytoLinX® BR 50-2000 L single-use bioreactor is designed based on DCS architecture with Siemens PCS 7, providing automatic control from R&D to production, covering single units to entire upstream plants. Its control logic adheres to ISA 88 standards. This bioreactor, available in 50, 200, 500, 1000, and 2000 L scales, meets Good Manufacturing Practice regulations and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The user-friendly CytoLinX® BR software interface offers a minimalist design, ensuring all functions are easily accessible and customer needs are fully met.
The automatic control system supports real-time data acquisition and recording, PID automatic control, online monitoring, and multi-parameter cascade control, ensuring stable pH, DO, and temperature control. For efficient mixing, BioLink has introduced a new bottom dial design that maintains a high linear KLa. The system also offers various consumable solutions, including microbubble, medium bubble, and large bubble combinations, to meet the diverse needs of cell cultures.
