DeRoyal Dorsiflexion Night Splints manufactured by DeRoyal effectively relieve pain by supporting the affected foot in a controlled amount of dorsiflexion (foot pointed upward toward shin). The Night Splint may also be used for neutral foot positioning. Night Splints are able to promote the healing of the plantar fascia, the thin layer of deep fibrous tissue connecting to the heel bone. DeRoyal Night Splints feature adjustable straps to vary the level of low-load prolonged stretch up to five degrees with an optional five degree foam wedge included to provide additional stretch.
The Night Splints feature removable foam liner and lightweight, low profile design for convenient cleaning and patient comfort. Night Splints are ideal for addressing plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and tendonosis. DeRoyal Plantar Fascia Splints are available in three sizes for the best fit.
