Description

The DeRoyal PROlign^® Lumbar Orthosis manufactured by DeRoyal provides optimal immobilization and support for lower lumbar sprains and strains, proprioceptive feedback, postural control, and reinforcement of proper body ergonomics. The PROlign^® Lumbar Orthosis features a patented dual dynamic closure system for a full range of adjustment and maximum compression, as well as a rigid anterior insert for support of the intra-abdominal and viscera region, helping to unload the spine under gravitational load. The plastic d-rings make application and removal easy.
The PROlign^® Lumbar Orthosis is made of hook receivable material. The soft, breathable liner wicks away moisture to help prevent skin breakdown, making it comfortable for extended wear. DeRoyal PROlign^® Braces are available in six sizes for maximum comfort, and with 15 or 25 degree spot-moldable posterior plastic inserts.
