The Serpentine Foam Cervical Collars manufactured by DeRoyal are designed for recovery from cervical spinal injury or to facilitate treatment of cervical disorders or pain. The Serpentine Foam Cervical Collars are specially designed with a contoured "serpentine" to increase patient comfort. The Foam Collars transfer the weight of the head from the neck to the shoulders, allowing affected muscles to rest and heal. The Cervical Collars protect the soft tissue and cervical spine against deformity by maintaining proper alignment and support.
Cervical Collars feature a firm density foam construction to increase stability and may be used for extension (most common) or flexion. DeRoyal Serpentine Foam Cervical Collars are available in five sizes to fit a wide range of patients. The latex free Serpentine Cervical Collars contains two breathable, synthetic stockinette liners for better patient hygiene.
