The ULTRAlign^®+ Lumbar Sacral Orthosis manufactured by DeRoyal is designed to creat neutral sagittal alignment or offer hyperextension or flexion bracing. The soft, lightweight, and wearable ULTRAlign^®+ LSO meets the requirements for most L1 to L5 pathologies. ULTRAlign^®+ LSO features patented dual dynamic closure system for a full range of adjustment and maximum compression, as well as anterior, posterior, and lateral plastic inserts for rigid support. ULTRAlign^®+ LSO are available in 0, 15, or 25 degree lordosis. The ULTRAlign^®+ is X-Ray and MRI-compatible, and provides hydrostatic lift and instant relief to the spine through a superior, more therapeutic precision fit.
The ULTRAlign^®+ Lumbar Orthosis is made of hook receivable material with a soft, breathable liner to ensure a cooler, lighter fit. The removable polymer inserts are covered by breathable open cell material with an inner liner which draws moisture away from the skin. DeRoyal Back Braces are available in multiple configurations, including tapered (female) or non-tapered (male), and low- and mid-profile versions for patients with short waists. Besides, ULTRAlign^®+ LSO is available in five sizes for maximum comfort and best fit. Optional extension panels are provided for bariatric patients larger than the XXL size.
