The Direct-Q® system produces RO (Type 3) and ultrapure water (Type 1) with water directly from the tap. Direct-Q® series provides a variety of ultrapure water configurations. All systems need to produce type 1 water on demand from the RO stage (18.2 MO•cm at 25°C ultrapure water), which is the first step in the purification chain. According to the daily demand, different reverse osmosis production flow rates (3, 5 and 8 L/h) can be provided. Type 3 water can be easily obtained from a 6-liter internal water storage tank or an external 30/60-liter water storage tank for a higher flow rate, or it can be sent to instruments such as glassware washing machines using a distribution pump.
