Dual Surface Optical Flats, Φ152.4mm, Thickness=25.4±2mm, Uncoated, UV Fused Silica, Surface Accuracy: λ/20@633nm, model 192528, is manufactured by United Optical Technology Co., Ltd.
Both optical surfaces of UV Fused Silica Precision Dual Surface Optical Flats have been precision ground and polished. Both the upper and lower sides have high plane accuracy and high parallelism. Any side can be used as a standard plane. It is often used to detect and identify the flatness error and grinding performance of high-smooth surfaces of other components.
Each optical flat crystal is finely ground and tested using a Zygo interferometer to ensure surface accuracy.
